Rennick Andreoli

Mr. Rennick Andreoli is President of RDA Hotel Management Company and co-founder of FHC Hotel Company, which at one time was the largest Sheraton and Hilton Hotel franchisee. Over the past 35 years his ownership perspective has proven invaluable in the purchase, construction and operation of over 30 hotels, mixed-use facilities, restaurants, golf courses and office complexes throughout the United States. One of his flagship properties, the Hilton Akron.Fairlawn, has been recognized as the longest continually owned and operated Hilton franchise in the country. His past resume includes being General Manager and serving as the Managing Director, for over 10 years, of the Quaker Square complex, a mixed-use facility with 36 retail shops, 5 restaurants and a Hilton Hotel, listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
Rennick is a graduate of Ohio University and attended Cornell University for Hotel Management and the American School in Switzerland. His interests include golf and fitness.
As an active supporter of the community, Rennick has served as a Trustee for the Hotel Restaurant Employees Health and Welfare Pension Fund, and has served on the Boards of Portage Country Club and the Akron Community Foundation Building Committee, as well as on the Finance Committee for Stan Hywet Hall and Gardens. He is also a member of Bluecoats, past Co-Chairman of the Annual Cystic Fibrosis Golf Tournament and serves on the Construction Committee for the Akron Art Museum. He is past recipient of the Mayor's Award for Outstanding Business Person of the Year as well as the SMB Distinguished Sales and Marketing Award. In 2001 he provided the funding, as well as the volunteer labor to build a home for the "Habitat for Humanity" program. In 2003, he created a hospitality scholarship to be awarded annually to a University of Akron student in Hospitality Management.

Nicholas George

Mr. Nicholas George is CEO and President of Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLP where he specializes in Business Law and Real Estate & Construction Practice Groups. He provides day-to-day consultation to numerous businesses throughout Northeast Ohio and is counsel to a number of commercial real estate developers. Previously, Mr. George was the owner of the law firm of Nicholas T. George & Associates, which merged with Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs in 1997. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America ® (2001 through 2006) and has been recognized as one of Ohio’s Super Lawyers™ in the 2004, 2005, and 2006 Cincinnati Magazine, as voted by his peers. Mr. George has a Martindale-Hubbell Rating of AV, which indicates very high to pre-eminent legal ability and very high ethical standards as established by confidential opinions from members of the Bar.
Mr. George is a graduate of The University of Akron School of Law, Akron, Ohio (J.D., 1970). He has been a member of the Ohio Bar since 1970 and is also associated with the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals, the Sixth Circuit, the U.S. District Court and the Northern District of Ohio. He is a Member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Akron Bar Association.
Mr. George is a Board Member of The Stephen A. Comunale, Jr. Charitable Foundation and has been affiliated with a number of civic activities including: Board Member of Heart-to-Heart Communications; Vice President, Board of Trustees of the Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD) Foundation; Member of The Rotary Club of Akron; Board Member of the American Heart Association Summit County Chapter; Board Member of The Rotary Club of Akron Camp for Special Children and Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Mr. John Comunale is a Principal of LogiCap Real Estate Partners, LLC a Hotel Investment & Advisory Firm. Mr. Comunale has been involved in structuring debt and equity transactions in excess of $500,000,000 for notable hospitality clients. He is an active volunteer for numerous charitable organizations including the March of Dimes. John is a graduate of the University of Denver. |

Susan B. Schoellkopf: Susan is the President and Owner of SBS Farms Inc. Additionally, she is the Executive Director of The Buffalo Therapeutic Riding Center located in Buffalo, New York. The Buffalo Therapeutic Riding Center is a non-profit organization that was established in 1922 that helps children who suffer from physical and mental abuse. She sits on numerous other boards including the United States Equestrian Foundation, the New York State Parks Commission, and the Gilda’s Club of Western New York. Stephen was a student at SBS Farms for sixteen years. He ran The BTRC shows and trained for SBS Farms. He was a true friend and a wonderful person who will be remembered everyday of the rest of my life. The BTRC show series has been dedicated to Stephen. |

Ruth R. George: Since retiring as an office manager in her husband’s law firm and leaving behind a teaching career and a retail career, Ruthie became a member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of the Creutzfeldt - Jakob disease Foundation, which is a foundation, established to support the families and loved ones of individuals touched by CJD. Currently, she is an active volunteer for the Akron Art Museum as a docent and fund raiser and a member of the Women’s Endowment Foundation Committee of the Akron Community Foundation. Formally, she volunteered for the Ohio Ballet, Temple Israel, Girls Scouts and PTA. She is a graduate of Kent State University, is married to Nicholas T. George and has two married children and one grandchild. |

Julie Cantley: Julie is an active supporter of the cancer community and involved in planning events to raise awareness and funds for different cancer organizations. She enjoys showing and working with horses. Julie attended the University of Akron. |

Amanda Comunale: Amanda is a Vice President of the S A Comunale Company, a nationwide Mechanical Contractor with annual sales in excess of $150,000,000 and 850 employees. Prior to joining the S A Comunale Company, Ms. Comunale was a top-ranked Freestyle Skier who competed on an International level. Ms. Comunale is a graduate of Union College. |

Dennis C.McCluskey MD is a Family Physician for 30 years in Mogadore, Ohio. He has been involved in over 300 FDA trials for new medication. He has been in numerous community leadership positions that included Chief of Staff, Akron City Hospital, Summit County Health Commissioner, Community Mental Health Board and Board of Trustees Spring Hill College, Mobile, Alabama. His experience also includes 24 years as a Consultant/Regional Medical Director for Anthem/WellPoint Health Insurance. He is married to Patty and has six children who grow up with the Comunale Family. |

Julie is an active volunteer in the community, involved with organizations such as Children’s Hospital, Akron Garden Club and Stan Hywet Hall and Gardens. Julie is a graduate of Lesley College. |
