Spin for Life
2009 event has been postponed until the
fall of 2009. The date will be posted
as soon as it is determined. Start
training now!!
2009 will be the
second annual Spin for Life event – a
premier indoor spinning/cycling
fundraiser held in the grand ballroom of
the Hilton Akron/Fairlawn. Participants
may ride from one to six hours or be
part of a team. Individual riders will
be placed on a team with other solo
riders.
Spinning offers a
unique and fun workout for people of all
ages and at all levels of fitness. The
instructor leads participants through
various levels of difficulty while
riders listen to music and visualize a
ride through foothills of the mountains
or along the cost of the ocean.
Come join the
fun and not only get a great workout but
help raise money which directly helps
cancer patients and their families in
our community!
